Simple, transparent tuition
Two full program days a week, from August 18, 2026 through May 12, 2027, following Floyd County school district holidays.

Tuition may be paid in full or split into monthly ACH payments through Brightwheel, due on the 1st of each month, August 2026 through May 2027.

Application fees are non-refundable. Please note there is no discount, refund, or credit for absences, illness, vacation, holidays, or school closures, as outlined in the Family Handbook.

Send us a short inquiry so we can connect, answer your questions, and make sure The Way Academy is a good fit for your family.
Apply
Complete the enrollment application, including our statement of faith and family commitment agreement, and submit the application fee.
Enroll
Accepted families finish enrollment forms and set up tuition payments securely through Brightwheel, our family communication app.
Family expectations
What we ask of our families
- Agreement with our statement of faith, and a willingness to act, speak, and live in ways that uphold Biblical principles while on campus
- Regular attendance, with absences communicated in advance whenever possible
- Open communication with Academy leadership, addressing concerns promptly and respectfully
- Understanding that The Way Academy enriches your homeschool — parents remain responsible for their children's overall education and curriculum
- No recreational digital devices or cell phones on campus during school hours — all such devices stay at home
- Review of and agreement to the Family Handbook, policies, and guidelines once accepted
